What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4pm, and check-out is by 11am. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request (subject to availability).
Do you offer an NHS, Blue light or military discount?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a discount for this.
Do you offer special rates for groups?

Do you offer weddings?
We do not offer wedding ceremonies, but we are able to offer a space for a wedding breakfast and celebrations. Please contact our reservations team for more information.
Is WI-FI available?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and public areas.
Are you dog-friendly?
We welcome dogs in our garden and outdoor spaces, but dogs are not permitted in the hotel building. We do allow dogs in our self-catering lodges.
Do you have spaces to host a celebration or event?
Yes, we have a large space for hosting. Please contact the team for further information or take a look at our Occasions page.
Do you have a spa?
No, we unfortunately do not have a spa.
Do you have accessible facilities?
Our restaurant and bar are located on the bottom floor with accessible access. But we do not have a lift on site. We do have accessible W/C facilities.
Do you have car parking?
Yes, we have free parking for hotel and restaurant guests that are staying for one night or less, the vehicle must be registered on the tablet in reception. The car park is located to the read of the building and is operated on a first-come first-serve basis. For longer parking we have our Stay, Park & Fly package – charges apply.
How close are you to Stansted Airport?
Great Hallingbury Manor is 3.5 miles from Stansted Airport and we offer a Stay, Park and Fly package perfect for when using the airport.
Do you offer taxis or airport transfers?
We do not offer an in-house taxi or transport service, however we do work closely with local taxi firms which can be booked with our reception team.
Do you have air conditioning?
We do have air conditioning in our restaurant.

What is the minimum age to stay at the hotel?
We allow those who are 18 years or older to stay without an adult.
Do you offer room service?
Yes, we offer room service to all overnight guests. Contact reception to find out more.

What are your restaurant service times?
Our bar is open Monday - Sunday 9am - 11:30pm
Our restaurant is open Monday - Saturday 12pm - 8:30pm & Sunday 12pm to 7:45pm
