What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4pm, and check-out is by 11am. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request (subject to availability).
Do you offer an NHS, Blue light or military discount?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a discount for this.
Do you offer special rates for groups?
Please contact our reservations team to know more about this.
Do you offer weddings?
We do not offer wedding ceremonies, but we are able to offer a space for a wedding breakfast. Please contact our reservations team for more information.
Is WI-FI available?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and public areas.
Are you dog-friendly?
We welcome dogs in our garden and outdoor spaces, but dogs are not permitted in the hotel building.
Do you have spaces to host a celebration or event?

Do you have a spa?

Do you have accessible facilities?
Our restaurant and bar are located on the ground floor with accessible access. But we do not have a lift on site. We do have accessible W/C facilities.
Do you have car parking?
Car parking is free for hotel and restaurant guests when you register your vehicle registration on the tablet at reception. The car park is located to the left of the building and is operated on a first come first serve basis. There are 8 Tesla EV chargers located at the hotel, though these still require your vehicle registration to be entered at reception and are charged separately.
Do you have air conditioning?
We do not have air conditioning in the hotel or spa.

What is the minimum age to stay at the hotel?
We allow those who are 18 years or older to stay without an adult.
Do you offer room service?
Yes, we offer room service at the Hog’s Back Hotel. There is a dedicated menu available within the bedrooms and orders are subject to a £5 tray charge.
Dining
What are your restaurant service times?
Our bar is open Sunday - Thursday 10am - 11pm, Friday - Saturday 10am - midnight
Our restaurant is open Monday - Saturday 12pm - 8:30pm & Sunday 12pm to 7:45pm
Spa
What are your spa & gym opening times?
Our gym is open Monday - Friday 6:30am - 9pm, Saturday - Sunday 7am - 8pm
Our pool is open Monday - Friday 7am - 9pm, Saturday – Sunday 7am - 8pm
Can you get a day pass for the spa facilities?
Yes, you can purchase a day pass to use the spa facilities, this can be purchased at the spa reception and is £25. Treatments, robe hire and classes are charged extra.
